Our philosophy
Please be assured that all Crocodile Creek products are safe for children. We regard the safety
of the children in our world and the safety of our products as being of the utmost importance.
Our product development team works closely with our manufacturing facilities to see that our products conform to all of the appropriate safety standards. Our products are tested with Third Party Accredited testing laboratories. Certificates of Compliance for our current items can be found on this page of the website.
Acrylic Tumblers
Our tumblers are BPA-free. They are made of PMMA (poly methyl methacrylate).
The use of acrylic as tableware is fully approved by the US Food & Drug Administration.
Backpacks
Our backpacks are made of high-quality polyester and are BPA-free, PVC-free and phthalate-free.
Bibs
Our children's bibs are child safe, PVC-free and phthalate-free. They are made of cotton and
coated with TPU (thermo polyurethane) which provides the bibs with an easy-to-clean surface.
Drinking Bottles
Our drinking bottles are made of high-quality stainless steel #304 which does not require any
type of protective coating/lining. The lid is HDPE#2 and the cap is PP#5. All materials are completely recyclable and are lead-free, phthalate-free, BPA-free and PVC free.
Food Jars
Our food jars are made of high-quality stainless steel #304 which does not require any
type of protective coating/lining. The cap and trim are HDPE#2
Ice Packs
The gel in our ice packs is 95% purified water with 1.5% polyacrylate and trace amounts
of FD&C Blue food-grade coloring. The exterior sleeve of the ice pack is a blend PE and PA (polyethylene and polyamides).
Lunch Boxes
Our lunch boxes are child safe with lead-free linings and are PVC-free and phthalate-free.
Melamine
Our melamine is BPA-free. The use of melamine as tableware is fully approved by the
US Food & Drug Administration.
Placemats
Our placemats are made of polypropylene and are PVC-free.
Playground Balls
Our playground balls are made of natural and synthetic rubber and contain no PVC, BPA or vinyl.
Sandwich & Snack Keepers
Our sandwich and snack keepers are made of polypropylene and are BPA-free.

Certificate of Conformity (COC)
As production continues, CPSIA required safety testing for our 2012 product line is in progress and Certificates of Conformity will be issued as testing reports become available.
